Fund Aims — The Blackrock UK Absolute Alpha Fund seeks to achieve a positive absolute return for investors and, as such, the Fund will not be managed against any UK equity index. The Fund is expected to invest in UK equities and equity-related securities. In order to achieve the investment objective and policy stated in the Prospectus a variety of investment strategies and instruments will be employed, including derivatives that create both long and short positions.
