How We Are Paid
We are independent mortgage advisers and we will recommend a mortgage product that is suitable for you following an assessment of your personal needs and circumstances. This will include a detailed assessment of affordability.
We will consider all products and lenders that we have access to. This means that we will not consider those lender that are only available by you going direct to them.
The Costs of our Service
We charge a fee for providing advice and submitting your mortgage application. The fee becomes due on receipt of a mortgage offer and will be invoiced directly to you. The amount charged will reflect the size of the loan and the commission the firm receives.
For loans up to £100,000 the fee is £395
For loans up to £200,000 the fee is £295
Any loan above £200,000 the fee is £195
We will receive and retain a commission from the lender when your mortgage completes. The amount will be confirmed by the lender in their disclosure document.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up the repayments on your mortgage or any loan secured on it .
